A novel PCR technology was developed to detect short DNA fragments using species-specific primers for rapid and non-sequencing authentication of Bombyx batryticatus based on differences in the mitochondrial genome. Three specifically designed primer reactions were established to target species for the reliable identification of their commercial products. They were confirmed to have a high inter-species specificity and intra-species stability. The limit of detection was estimated as 1 ng of genomes for Beauveria bassiana and 100 pg for Bombyx mori and Metarhizium anisopliae. Furthermore, validation results demonstrated that raw materials and their processed products can be conveniently authenticated with good sensitivity and precision using this newly proposed approach. In particular, when counterfeits were assayed, these primer sets performed well, whereas COI barcoding technology did not. These could also assist in the discrimination and identification of adulterates of other animal-derived medicines in their pulverized and processed forms and even in complexes. 相似文献

A HD-like (HD: mono-deuterated hydrogen molecule) isotopic dipole moment is proposed as a sensible probe for molecular environments, in particular for electrostatic fields and polarizable (reactive) sites of molecules. Fictitious nuclear masses are chosen in order to yield a rigid dipole with a small appropriate magnitude. Upon subtracting the Born-Oppenheimer energy, the interaction is reduced to field-dipole-like and dipole-polarizability-like terms, the last one being particularly informative since connected to potentially reactive sites. Possible asymmetries of this term appear as signatures of charged sites in the molecule. The field strength and orientation are easily obtained by identifying the minimum field-dipole energy configuration and flipping the dipole from it. Tests with hydrogen, water, benzene, and chlorobenzene molecules confirm the good performance of the method. In an application to test the present models for hydrogen activation by a frustrated Lewis pair, the full potential of the method is assessed. 相似文献

Since extraction of the naturally occurring mussel‐foot proteins is expensive and time‐consuming, routes towards synthetic analogues are continuously being explored. Often, these methods involve several protection and deprotection steps, making the synthesis of synthetic analogues time‐consuming and expensive as well. Herein, we show that UV‐initiated thiol‐ene coupling between a thiol‐functional dopamine derivative and an allyl‐functional aliphatic polycarbonate can be used as a fast and facile route to dopa‐functional materials. Different thiol‐to‐allyl ratios and irradiation protocols were used and it was found that nearly 50% of the allyl groups could be functionalized with dopa within short reaction times, without the need of protecting the catechol. It is also demonstrated herein that the dopa‐functional polymers can be used to form self‐healing gels through complexation with Fe3+ ions at increased pH. © 2016 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. J. Polym. 学科理解是教师专业发展的重要内容,可以为素养为本的课堂教学提供学科功能分析。收集在大概念课例“物质成分的探究”研讨过程中的研讨视频、教师访谈录音、课堂教学视频、教学设计等数据,利用学科功能分析要素通过定性内容分析法分析在专业学习共同体干预下初中化学教师的学科理解的特征及变化,从而探寻教师的专业发展情况。结果表明,教师的学科理解发生了显著的改变,教师的专业素养在理论和实践上均有转变。同时也证实了专业学习共同体干预下基于学科理解的大概念课例研讨活动可以促进教师的专业发展,为教研活动和教师培训提供新的视角和范式。 相似文献

Heteronuclear lanthanide‐based coordination polymers are microcrystalline powders, the luminescence properties of which can be precisely tuned by judicious choice of the rare‐earth ions. In this study, we demonstrate that such materials can also be obtained as stable solutions of nanoparticles in non‐toxic polyols. Bulk powders of the formula [Ln2?2xLn′2x(bdc)3 ? 4 H2O]∞ (where H2bdc denotes 1,4‐benzene‐dicarboxylic acid, 0≤x≤1, and Ln and Ln′ denote lanthanide ions of the series La to Tm plus Y) afford nanoparticles that have been characterized by dynamic light‐scattering (DLS) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM) measurements. Their luminescence properties are similar to those of the bulk materials. Stabilities versus time and versus dilution with another solvent have been studied. This study has revealed that it is possible to tune the size of the nanoparticles. This process offers a reliable means of synthesizing suspensions of nanoparticles with tunable luminescence properties and tunable size distributions in a green solvent (glycerol). The process is also extendable to other coordination polymers and other solvents (ethylene glycol, for example). It constitutes a new route for the facile solubilization of lanthanide‐based coordination polymers. 相似文献

A method for modifying the external surfaces of a series of nanoscale metal–organic frameworks (MOFs) with 1,2‐dioleoyl‐sn‐glycero‐3‐phosphate (DOPA) is presented. A series of zirconium‐based nanoMOFs of the same topology (UiO‐66, UiO‐67, and BUT‐30) were synthesized, isolated as aggregates, and then conjugated with DOPA to create stably dispersed colloids. BET surface area analysis revealed that these structures maintain their porosity after surface functionalization, providing evidence that DOPA functionalization only occurs on the external surface. Additionally, dye‐labeled ligand loading studies revealed that the density of DOPA on the surface of the nanoscale MOF correlates to the density of metal nodes on the surface of each MOF. Importantly, the surface modification strategy described will allow for the general and divergent synthesis and study of a wide variety of nanoscale MOFs as stable colloidal materials. 相似文献

Synthesis of Functional Poly(disubstituted acetylene)s through the Post‐Polymerization Modification Route 下载免费PDF全文
We report the recent progress in the preparation of functional poly(disubstituted acetylene)s (PDSAs) through post‐polymerization modification routes. The metathesis polymerization of disubstituted acetylene monomers activated by Mo/W–Sn complex catalysts, which do not tolerate highly polar functionalities, was assumed to be a key step in the polymer synthetic procedures. We and other groups have explored several approaches to prepare PDSAs with latent reactive functionalities, which are inactive to Mo/W–Sn complex catalysts but can be used as highly reactive sites for post‐polymerization modification. Click chemistry, Michael‐type addition reactions, the use of activated esters and other strategies are demonstrated by recently published examples. These works indicate that post‐polymerization modification is an efficient route to the synthesis of various functional PDSAs. 相似文献
